Besides containing your current system items, it lets you access this help text.
•The File menu.
It lets you start playing, abort the current game, view the Hall Of Fame and quit PacMac Deluxe.
•The Edit Menu.
It is active only when you are in "Level Editor" mode (available to registered users only).
The usual Cut, Copy, Paste, Clear, Undo functions are relative to the level currently displayed in the editor. You can easily create your basic-standard level, copy it, create new empty levels and then paste it on 'em all, in order to finish, complete and refine 'em later.
Remember that when you switch to a different level, you lose the contents of the Undo buffer.
